Our expertise spans across professional services, care, healthcare and real estate just to mention a few but we are not limited to these areas. We have a true purpose to help business owners to take their companies to the next level and supporting them with the knowledge and tools needed to reach their goals wether selling to us as a safe pair of hands in succession or partnering with us for growth.
We are specialists in scaling and we know exactly what the business needs at each level of growth. We have been in the shoes of the business owner and we recognise that this is not always visible when you are working in the business. It is important to take a step back but this can be hard for owners and managers to do when they are caught up in the day to day. David Ravenscroft
David embodies the true definition of an entrepreneur, having been involved in every facet of business from start-up phase to scaling across 5 continents and across diverse sectors of business.
He started out in the advertising and marketing sector, growing this business across the globe which enabled him to then diversify into other ventures including Software and Real Estate.
Along his journey he has bought and sold businesses, developed residential and commercial real estate, and amassed a portfolio of properties in the UK.
Carl Allen
Carl is an entrepreneur, investor and corporate dealmaker with almost three decades of experience. Carl has worked on transactions worth over $48 billion, which includes over 330 acquisitions and sales. For almost three decades, Carl has analysed thousands of businesses, big and small, in 17 different countries and across nearly every business sector.
Carls reputation as an investor and corporate dealmaker has led him to advise some of the worlds largest corporations on investments, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. Carl has also assisted hundreds of business owners in raising both equity and debt finance.
